Endometriosis - a serious pelvic condition leads to infertility.

Here is a good news for all involved in the treatment of Endometriosis with chocolate cysts, pelvic adhesions & uterine tumors in the form of adenomyosis.
A small study carried out at the Infertility centre
 A group of ladies with the above mentioned conditions were given Norethisterone 15 mg along with Letrozole 2.5 daily for three months.
After three months USG showed 65% had markedly decreased size of the cysts & 35% had no cysts, no adhesions & markedly reduced uterine mass.
The last 35% had blocked Fallopian tubes due to cysts recovered the tubal patency once the cyst disappeared. Conception recovered in 20% of these cases.
